The RWFC U-19 boys have been training hard and preparing for the competition since November 2014, under Head Coach B.L Nongbet.

The team has been continuously training in relation to their fitness, speed, combination, responsibility etc.  and are undergoing their training in the MFA Turf Ground and the JLN Stadium.

The team are already on a high after reaching the finals in the Sikkim CM Gold Cup and the semifinals in the Governor’s Gold Cup and are all set for the three huge encounters in Aizawl, knowing perfectly well that such crucial matches should have no room for error.

The team has also played 3 practice matches with the Seniors which left a pleasant and learning experience. The boys have immense team spirit and a lot of respect and believe in them.

“The Rest of India group is a tough one. With two home teams [Aizawl FC and Chanmari FC] in the competition, it is not going to be easy. We will take one match at a time and make every 90 minutes of the Competition  to our favour. We believe as a team, as we dare to dream!” – B.L Nongbet – Head Coach.
